With over 20 years of leadership expertise, Sarah was most recently with Charles Aris Executive Search, Inc., where she had over 7 years in executive search leadership. After building a successful practice based on strong relationships with her clients, Sarah transitioned into operational leadership, focusing on improving and creating retention strategies for clients and employees. Through Sarah's leadership, she has cultivated a better client experience and exceeded annual revenue targets yearly.

Darci Adams, MBA, is a healthcare executive with 15 years of experience in Practice Plan and School of Medicine administration, finance, and human resources and operations. She previously served as the Division Administrative Director at the University of Colorado, Division of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy.
Darci has extensive experience partnering with physician leaders to build and transform teams, drive change, lead process improvement, operational efficiency. During her time at the University of Colorado she was involved in a variety of physician leadership searches, and she has an extensive network of academic physician executives.
Prior to her roles in Division Administration, Darci worked both as a Project Manager for University Physicians, Inc. & as a CME/Clinical Education Coordinator. She has experience with construction project management building freestanding clinics, developing clinical programs, enhancing the patient, provider and staff experiences through clinical workflow improvements, revenue cycle efficiencies and EMR implementation. Her experience has allowed her to understand what it takes to be successful within academic institutions.
In addition to her work experience, Ms. Adams has most recently served on the Association of Academic Surgical Administrators (AASA) educational committee and is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
Darci lives in Denver, Colorado, with her husband, six children, an English Mastiff, Barkley, and a Great Dane, Luna. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree from Fort Hays State University and a Master's in Business Administration from Regis University.
Darci's expertise is conducting executive searches within academic medicine, including Dean's office positions, Department Chair & Division Chief positions, and Basic Science / Research leadership positions (MD, MD/PhD, & PhD).

Courtney Brown has more than 25 years of executive search experience. Most recently Courtney was Director of Recruitment at Universal Health Services, Inc (UHS) and a member of the Human Resources Leadership team. UHS is a $10B, fortune 500 company with 89,000+ employees which owns and operates more than 350 Acute Care and Behavioral Health facilities, in the US and the UK.
Courtney was charged with leading the Corporate Recruitment function for UHS, identifying & executing the recruitment strategies for all C-level employees across both business lines. She implemented effective sourcing strategies and metrics, developing a strong team to improve the quality of hires.
Courtney had operational responsibility for developing the company's branding strategy, recruitment infrastructure, and the implementation of a new Applicant tracking system.

Prior to Tenet, Nadajalah worked for nearly a decade as an executive recruiter for EDS, a multinational information technology equipment and services company. She partnered with top-level Executive Search firms to assist EDS as they built their Management Consulting Services subsidiary that subsequently acquired A.T. Kearney consulting firm.
Nadajalah received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. She resides in Frisco, Texas, with her family and their seven-year-old cockapoo named San Marie. She is an active member of the Greater Frisco Chapter of Jack and Jill of America Inc.

Angela Henry, MBA, FACHE, has a unique and thorough background in healthcare including patient care, owning/operating a private surgical practice, recruiting clinical providers, and consulting with clients nationwide for healthcare executives.
Prior to joining M3 Executive Search, Angela started and led an executive search division for a national healthcare recruiting firm. In her role, she works with large healthcare organizations, medical schools, and academic medical enterprises to analyze strategic plans, recruitment and retention, and succession planning.
Angela's passion for healthcare started at a very young age while serving on medical mission trips throughout the United States, Mexico and Ukraine. She entered nursing school at Baptist Nursing School in Little Rock, Arkansas, then completed her Bachelor's in Business and Mathematics at the University of Arkansas while working for an acute tertiary care hospital.
After starting, owning, and managing a surgery private practice in Oklahoma, she found her calling in clinical provider recruitment. She joined The Medicus Firm in Dallas, and was then asked to relocate to Atlanta to help develop the regional team in 2016. Angela directed two regions while obtaining her Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Statistics from the University of Georgia and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
Angela earned her Fellowship in the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2019, and is a board member-at-large for the Georgia Association of Healthcare Executives. She is also the Chair of the Programs Committee for the Georgia chapter of ACHE.
Angela's thirst for continued education & extensive experience in both clinical & executive search, consulting, private practice administration, and hospital employment has combined to provide clients the expertise needed to be a collaborative partner and asset to both academic medicine and acute care clients throughout the country.
When Angela isn't on the road consulting with clients or presenting at speaking engagements, she can be found in Atlanta, Georgia with her dog, Copper, enjoying the city with friends and planning her next travel adventure somewhere in the world.
