Sarah-Becker Senior Vice President

Sarah Becker joins M3 Executive Search as our new Senior Vice President. With over 20 years of leadership expertise, Sarah was most recently with Charles Aris Executive Search, Inc., where she had over 7 years in executive search leadership. After building a successful practice based on strong relationships with her clients, Sarah transitioned into operational leadership, focusing on improving and creating retention strategies for clients and employees. Through Sarah's leadership, she has cultivated a better client experience and exceeded annual revenue targets yearly.

Sarah's colleagues celebrate her for process improvement, leadership and management, customer service, strategic planning, and her continuous improvement in developing new efficiencies.

After a successful executive career, I was fortunate to find a home in Executive Search where I have applied my passion for serving and developing others both internally and externally. Darci Adams

Darci Adams, MBA Sr. Executive Consultant

Darci Adams, MBA, is a healthcare executive with 15 years of experience in Practice Plan and School of Medicine administration, finance, and human resources and operations. She previously served as the Division Administrative Director at the University of Colorado, Division of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy.

Darci has extensive experience partnering with physician leaders to build and transform teams, drive change, lead process improvement, operational efficiency. During her time at the University of Colorado she was involved in a variety of physician leadership searches, and she has an extensive network of academic physician executives.

Prior to her roles in Division Administration, Darci worked both as a Project Manager for University Physicians, Inc. & as a CME/Clinical Education Coordinator. She has experience with construction project management building freestanding clinics, developing clinical programs, enhancing the patient, provider and staff experiences through clinical workflow improvements, revenue cycle efficiencies and EMR implementation. Her experience has allowed her to understand what it takes to be successful within academic institutions.

In addition to her work experience, Ms. Adams has most recently served on the Association of Academic Surgical Administrators (AASA) educational committee and is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).

Darci lives in Denver, Colorado, with her husband, six children, an English Mastiff, Barkley, and a Great Dane, Luna. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree from Fort Hays State University and a Master's in Business Administration from Regis University.

Darci's expertise is conducting executive searches within academic medicine, including Dean's office positions, Department Chair & Division Chief positions, and Basic Science / Research leadership positions (MD, MD/PhD, & PhD).

I have a true passion for academic medicine and working with academic leaders. Executive search within that vertical is very rewarding to me, and I love finding the right culture fit for the institution, Department, or Division I am representing. Maggie Cuningham

Maggie Cuningham Sr. Executive Consultant Academic Medicine / Public Health

Maggie Cunningham is a Senior Executive Consultant at M3 Executive Search in the Health and Academic Health sector. Maggie's career spans 18 years of senior-level executive in-house search experience for healthcare systems, academic medical centers, community hospitals, not-for-profit healthcare organizations, and physician practices.

Maggie joined M3 Executive Search from Korn Ferry where she was a Managing Consultant in their Professional Academic Health practice. Prior to Korn Ferry she worked for almost a decade as the Director of Academic Executive and Faculty Recruitment Services for the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She has a demonstrated track record in identifying, accessing, and attracting top talent executives across a range of academic functions to include Vice Chancellor, Dean, Associate Dean, Department Chairs, Center Directors and Division Chiefs. Her experience principally centers on Academic leaders in Schools of Medicine, Nursing, Dentistry, Public Health, and Health Sciences.

During her time at the University of Mississippi, Maggie was a key principal in the development and implementation of a comprehensive recruitment search model for academic executives; this model was recognized at a national level by the AAMC as a best practice for recruiting leaders in academic medicine.

Maggie is a professional and results-oriented search partner with the highest commitment to excellence in process and outcomes for both clients and candidates. Maggie provides seamless solutions to virtually every position in academic health centers with expertise tailored to her client's needs.

Maggie holds a bachelor's degree in business from Faulkner University.

Courtney Brown

Courtney D. Brown Sr. Executive Consultant

Courtney Brown has more than 25 years of executive search experience. Most recently Courtney was Director of Recruitment at Universal Health Services, Inc (UHS) and a member of the Human Resources Leadership team. UHS is a $10B, fortune 500 company with 89,000+ employees which owns and operates more than 350 Acute Care and Behavioral Health facilities, in the US and the UK.

Courtney was charged with leading the Corporate Recruitment function for UHS, identifying & executing the recruitment strategies for all C-level employees across both business lines. She implemented effective sourcing strategies and metrics, developing a strong team to improve the quality of hires.

Courtney had operational responsibility for developing the company's branding strategy, recruitment infrastructure, and the implementation of a new Applicant tracking system.

Courtney's success has come from linking clients' business goals with appropriate and efficient recruiting, hiring, and retention strategies tailored to her client's business initiatives and company culture.

Prior to working at UHS, Courtney held recruitment leadership roles with Penn Medicine, and Cigna. Her career began with an executive search firm in global search across multiple verticals. Courtney resides in Philadelphia with her two daughters and is active in physical fitness and coaching.

Due to the extensive experience mentioned above with UHS, Penn Medicine, and Cigna, Courtney's expertise is broad-based and has spanned nearly every healthcare vertical. Courtney executes at a high level for M3 Executive Search's clients on all C-suite searches as well as those physician executive roles in academic medicine or health plans.

I have a true passion for executive search and matching executive candidates' career goals with clients' leadership strategies. It is gratifying to me personally to help fulfill the career aspirations of key executives who then assist healthcare clients with improving outcomes. Nadajalah Dean

Nadajalah Dean Sr. Executive Search Consultant Diversity (DEI) Consultant

Nadajalah Dean, Sr. Executive Consultant, has nearly 30 years of executive search experience, primarily specializing in healthcare and healthcare Information technology. Her functional expertise includes all C-suite healthcare executive roles, human resources, strategy, and supply chain. Nadajalah also has experience as a search consultant in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion searches and DEI best practices.

Prior to joining M3 Executive Search, Nadajalah served as a Director for Executive Search for Tenet Health, one of the largest healthcare services/hospital companies in the United States. She worked for Tenet for 18 years on a variety of executive search positions during her tenure, developing a nationwide network of healthcare executives that respect and trust Nadajalah's thorough, detailed approach.

Prior to Tenet, Nadajalah worked for nearly a decade as an executive recruiter for EDS, a multinational information technology equipment and services company. She partnered with top-level Executive Search firms to assist EDS as they built their Management Consulting Services subsidiary that subsequently acquired A.T. Kearney consulting firm.

Nadajalah received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. She resides in Frisco, Texas, with her family and their seven-year-old cockapoo named San Marie. She is an active member of the Greater Frisco Chapter of Jack and Jill of America Inc.

Angela Henry

Angela Henry, MBA, FACHE Vice-President, Business Development

Angela Henry, MBA, FACHE, has a unique and thorough background in healthcare including patient care, owning/operating a private surgical practice, recruiting clinical providers, and consulting with clients nationwide for healthcare executives.

Prior to joining M3 Executive Search, Angela started and led an executive search division for a national healthcare recruiting firm. In her role, she works with large healthcare organizations, medical schools, and academic medical enterprises to analyze strategic plans, recruitment and retention, and succession planning.

Angela's passion for healthcare started at a very young age while serving on medical mission trips throughout the United States, Mexico and Ukraine. She entered nursing school at Baptist Nursing School in Little Rock, Arkansas, then completed her Bachelor's in Business and Mathematics at the University of Arkansas while working for an acute tertiary care hospital.

After starting, owning, and managing a surgery private practice in Oklahoma, she found her calling in clinical provider recruitment. She joined The Medicus Firm in Dallas, and was then asked to relocate to Atlanta to help develop the regional team in 2016. Angela directed two regions while obtaining her Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Statistics from the University of Georgia and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

Angela earned her Fellowship in the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2019, and is a board member-at-large for the Georgia Association of Healthcare Executives. She is also the Chair of the Programs Committee for the Georgia chapter of ACHE.

Angela's thirst for continued education & extensive experience in both clinical & executive search, consulting, private practice administration, and hospital employment has combined to provide clients the expertise needed to be a collaborative partner and asset to both academic medicine and acute care clients throughout the country.

When Angela isn't on the road consulting with clients or presenting at speaking engagements, she can be found in Atlanta, Georgia with her dog, Copper, enjoying the city with friends and planning her next travel adventure somewhere in the world.
